These Terms of Use govern access to this Center Grove High School Science National Honor Society chapter website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Participation in school or chapter activities remains subject to official school, district, event, safety, permission, and conduct rules.

The site shares the work of the Science NHS chapter at Center Grove High School. Chapter contributors maintain it with faculty-sponsor oversight. It is not the school corporation's general website and does not replace official school or district sources.

If content conflicts with an official announcement, calendar, policy, permission, or safety direction, the official source controls. References to Center Grove, SNHS National, partners, or third parties do not imply endorsement of unrelated products or statements.

You may use the site for lawful educational and informational purposes. You may not:

• disrupt, overload, bypass, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site;
• introduce malicious code or automate requests in a way that harms availability;
• misrepresent affiliation with the chapter, school, district, or another person;
• harass, identify, profile, or endanger a student or participant;
• use a name, logo, photograph, or ownership notice misleadingly; or
• use the site or its content contrary to law or school policy.

Text, layout, graphics, photographs, logos, and other materials may be owned by the chapter, school, district, student or community contributors, photographers, or licensors. Rights remain with their respective owners.

You may link to public pages and use brief excerpts for noncommercial educational purposes with attribution when the law permits. No other license is granted. Do not reuse a student or event photograph, school mark, or chapter logo without the appropriate rights holder's permission.

To report possible infringement, email an advisor with the page URL, a description of the work, contact details, and the basis for the request.

Submit only work and information you are permitted to share. Do not include private student records, sensitive personal information, copyrighted material you cannot authorize, or an identifiable person's image or story without the permissions required by school policy and law.

You keep ownership of original work. By voluntarily submitting material for publication, you give the chapter a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to review, fact-check, edit for length, clarity, accessibility, safety, and formatting, and to publish and promote the approved material on this chapter website and chapter communications. The chapter will not materially change a contributor's scientific conclusion or personal account without further approval.

Submission does not guarantee publication. Editors may decline, postpone, correct, or remove material for quality, safety, privacy, permissions, or school-policy reasons. Contact an advisor before publication to withdraw a submission, or afterward to request a correction or removal.

Event details may change or contain an error. Confirm time-sensitive information through official school or chapter communications before relying on it or traveling.

Event stories and Journal articles are educational information, not safety training, medical guidance, or a substitute for qualified adult supervision. An activity description may omit hazards or controls needed for a particular setting. Follow current instructions from teachers, guardians, manufacturers, and safety data sheets. Stop if an activity cannot be completed safely.

Site content is not legal, tax, medical, or professional advice.

You must be at least 13 to subscribe directly. Signup uses email confirmation; no subscription begins until the confirmation button is selected. Every edition includes an unsubscribe method.

Delivery is not guaranteed. You may unsubscribe at any time, and the chapter may stop the newsletter or remove addresses when needed for security, compliance, or delivery quality.

Do not use the site to solicit information from students or identify younger participants. A child under 13 should ask an adult to contact an advisor instead of entering personal information in a linked form.

A pictured person, parent, or guardian may request review or removal by identifying the page and image in an email to Ms. Alisha Milligan at amilligan@centergrove.k12.in.us or Mrs. Amy Ho at hoa@centergrove.k12.in.us. Requests are evaluated under applicable permissions, school policy, and law.

Linked school, Google, email, hosting, partner, or other services are provided for convenience. The chapter does not control their content, availability, security, accessibility, or privacy. Their own terms and policies apply.

The site does not accept donations. Do not email payment-card, bank, or other sensitive financial information.

Before giving is enabled, the site must identify the school-approved recipient and processor and provide payment, refund, donor-privacy, and receipt terms. No current representation is made that a future payment will be tax deductible.

The site is provided for general information and may be incomplete, unavailable, or changed without notice. Verify important information through official sources.

Nothing in these terms expands or limits any right, responsibility, immunity, defense, or remedy established by applicable law or official school or district policy.

Site access or content may be changed, suspended, or removed. Revised terms apply from their posted effective date. Indiana and other applicable law governs; these terms do not modify school or district policy.
